1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the sabong ph platform in any capacity — including registering an account, placing a wager, or simply viewing content — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.
These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and sabong ph. Your continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms will be treated as acceptance of the revised version. 2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

sabong ph reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending review. Age verification is performed as part of the registration and withdrawal process. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately and any remaining balance forfeited.
3. Account Creation and Security
Each individual may hold only one registered account on the sabong ph platform. Creating duplicate accounts is a violation of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Providing false details — including name, date of birth, or contact information — constitutes a material breach.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. sabong ph will not be held liable for any losses or unauthorised activity resulting from your failure to secure your account details. You must notify support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
For account security, we recommend using a strong and unique password that is not shared across other services. Two-factor authentication or additional verification steps may be introduced at the discretion of the platform. Do not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
4. Platform Usage Rules and User Obligations
When using the sabong ph platform, you agree to the following obligations and restrictions:
- You will use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes and not for any commercial or fraudulent activity.
- You will not attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities, manipulate game outcomes, use automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
- You will not engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or any activity designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other users.
- You will not use the platform in connection with money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity. sabong ph complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and may report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
- You will not post, transmit, or distribute any content through the platform that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or harmful to others.
- You accept that outcomes in games of chance are determined by random processes and that the platform makes no representations regarding the probability of winning.
Any breach of these usage rules may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending transactions, and forfeiture of account balances, at sabong ph's sole discretion.
5. Payments, Deposits, and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on sabong ph are processed in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Deposits and withdrawals are handled through the payment methods made available to registered members within the platform. The available methods and their associated processing times are displayed in your account dashboard.
Deposits are generally credited promptly following confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may take additional processing time, particularly for first-time withdrawals or accounts that have recently updated their personal information. sabong ph reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory KYC (Know Your Customer) checks.
Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed within the payment section of your account. sabong ph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or technical issues outside of the platform's direct control. Bonus funds, where applicable, are subject to their own separate wagering and withdrawal terms, which are communicated at the time of the offer.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, sabong ph and its affiliates, officers, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. This includes, without limitation, any loss of funds resulting from gaming activity, technical failures, service interruptions, or unauthorised account access.
The platform is provided on an "as available" basis. sabong ph does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Scheduled or emergency maintenance may temporarily limit access to certain features. In such cases, sabong ph will endeavour to minimise disruption and restore service as quickly as practicable.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
7. Account Suspension and Closure
sabong ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time if there is a reasonable belief that:
- The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
- The account holder has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
- The account is linked to other accounts in violation of the single-account policy.
- A self-exclusion or responsible gaming request has been submitted by the account holder.
If your account is suspended pending investigation, sabong ph will endeavour to communicate the reason and expected timeline where possible. Upon closure of an account in good standing, any verified account balance in Philippine Peso will be returned to the account holder via an approved payment method, subject to outstanding verification requirements.
You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closures for responsible gaming reasons will be processed promptly and are subject to the terms described on the Responsible Gaming page.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content available on the sabong ph platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of sabong ph or its licensed content providers. This content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content without prior written authorisation from sabong ph. Unauthorised use of platform content may result in account termination and legal action.
9. Third-Party Links and Services
The sabong ph platform may reference or interact with third-party services, including payment providers and game software suppliers. sabong ph does not endorse or assume responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service. Your interactions with third-party providers are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and sabong ph accepts no liability for outcomes arising from those interactions.
10. Changes to These Terms
sabong ph may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in platform features, applicable law, or operational requirements. When material changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Members are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically.
Continued use of the platform after the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should discontinue use of the platform and contact support to request account closure.
11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the sabong ph platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
